CANVEX

CANVEX I is a clear, reinforced plastic sheeting manufactured by weaving high density polyethylene ribbons and coating them with a low density polyethylene. This special weaving process produces a highly tear-resistant film which allows the ribbons to shift and “ bunch up” in response to a tearing force.
CANVEX C95WB
and CANVEX CB12WB are coated on one side with black low density polyethylene and white low density polyethylene on the other side. The black side maximizes longevity while the white side greatly reduces heat build-up and condensation.

CONKURE

CONKURE Wet Curing Blanket consists of an absorbent synthetic needle punched geotextile laminated to a white reflective UV stabilized film. Unlike burlap, it will not rot or mildew and can be reused when cared for properly. Conkure Blankets are very lightweight and easy to apply.

DURA-SKRIM

DURA-SKRIM 2 and 10HUV consist of two sheets of high-strength polyethylene film laminated together with a third layer of molten polyethylene. A heavy-duty scrim reinforcement placed between these plies greatly enhances tear-resistance and increases service life. DURA-SKRIM's heavy-duty diamond reinforcement responds to tears immediately by surrounding and stopping the tear.

DURA-SKRIM 2FR and 10FR consist of two sheets of high-strength fire-retardant film laminated together with a third layer of molten polyethylene. A heavy-duty scrim reinforcement placed between these plies greatly enhances tear resistance and increases service life. DURA-SKRIM's fire-retardant films meet or exceed NFPA's 701 test, method 2 (Large Scale Requirements) in addition to CPAI Section 6 and 7.

DURA-SKRIM 6CC, 6BB, 6WB & 6WW are economical, reinforced films designed for applications requiring puncture resistance and high tear strengths. A heavy-duty scrim reinforcement, laminated between two layers of virgin high-strength polyethylene film, results in a material that resists punctures and immediately stops tears. The addition of carbon black and ultra violet inhibitors to DURA-SKRIM 6BB, 6WB and DURA-SKRIM 6WW, respectively, increases outdoor longevity. DURA-SKRIM 6 is the first choice for applications requiring greater performance than common 6 and 10 mil plastic sheeting.

DURA-SKRIM 8BBR, 8WB, 12BBR and 12WB consist of two sheets of high-strength polyethylene film laminated together with a third layer of molten polyethylene. The white outer layer (DURA-SKRIM 8WB and 12WB) contains UV inhibitors and thermal stabilizers and the black outer layer(s) contains carbon black to enhance outdoor life. The white outer layer is also designed to reduce heat build up and condensation. A heavy scrim reinforcement placed between these plies greatly enhances tear resistance and increases service life. DURA-SKRIM’s heavy-duty diamond reinforcement responds to tears immediately by surrounding and stopping the tear.

DURA-SKRIM J30, J36 & J45 are Linear Low Density Polyethylene geomembranes reinforced with a heavy encapsulated 1300 Denier polyester reinforcement. In addition to excellent dimensional stability the tri-directional reinforcement provides exceptional tear and tensile strength. Dura-Skrim J-Series membranes are formulated with thermal and UV stabilizers to assure a long service life. Custom colors are available based on minimum volume requirements.

DURA-SKRIM R20DD consists of virgin outer layers of gray high-strength polyethylene film laminated together with hot molten polyethylene. Both outer layers contain stabilizers to assure long outdoor life. A layer of polyester scrim reinforcement placed between these plies greatly enhances tear resistance and increases service life. DURA-SKRIM’s heavy-duty diamond reinforcement responds to tears immediately by surrounding and stopping the tear.

FORTRESS

FORTRESS A5WB is a black/white tri-layer polyethylene film. UV inhibitors and thermal stabilizers protect it against harsh weather conditions and ensure longevity. FORTRESS A5WB offers high puncture and tear resistance, exceeding twice the tear resistance of the leading competitor’s cover to protect your feed investment and maximize your livestock production.

FORTRESS Silage Bags are produced utilizing high performance polyethylene resins in a 3-layer white/white/black configuration. UV inhibitors and thermal stabilizers protect FORTRESS Silage Bags against harsh weather conditions and ensure longevity. FORTRESS Silage Bags provide the high puncture and tear resistance needed to protect your feed investment and maximize your livestock production.

RUFCO

RUFCO 300 is produced by cross laminating two sheets of high density polyethylene, creating additional strength for optimum puncture and tear resistance. This unique process aligns the molecular structure of the high density polyethylene which intensifies the sheet’s resilience lengthwise. By laminating these two layers of stretched film across the bias, the sheet has equal strength in all directions.

RUFCO 610B, 1010B and 2010B are mono-layer membranes consisting of a blended linear polyethylene. A minimum carbon black content of 2.5% provides excellent protection from UV rays and harsh weather conditions. Puncture and tear strengths far exceed common polyethylene or vinyl films.

RUFCO 2000B, 3000B and 4000B are mono-layer membranes consisting of a very flexible, linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE). LLDPE provides high elongation, tremendous tear resistance and bursting strength. A minimum carbon black content of 2.0% provides excellent protection from UV rays and harsh weather conditions. They do not contain plasticizers which can migrate to the surface, causing premature aging. Manufactured from virgin resins, RUFCO 2000B, 3000B and 4000B are designed to provide a high quality yet economical geomembrane.

RUFCO PP30 and PP40 are exceptionally flexible geomembranes achieved by incorporating high levels of ethylene propylene rubber into polypropylene. Rufco polypropylene membranes contain no plasticizers that can leach out and hinder long-term flexibility and performance. Rufco PP Series provides outstanding resistance to environmental stress cracking even at elevated temperatures and in addition to aggressive chemical environments.
